(B) Demand Communication: The brand owner provides detailed product requirements to the OEM manufacturer (WEET) , including estimated order volume, delivery time, target cost, and other relevant information.
(C) Signing a Confidentiality Agreement and Trademark Authorization Letter: To safeguard both parties' trade secrets and intellectual property, a confidentiality agreement must be signed before delving into detailed product discussions.


II. Sample Development and Verification

(A) Design Proposal: OEM manufacturer (WEET)  develop detailed product development plans based on the requirements of brand owners.
(B) Sample Production: According to the design plan, OEM manufacturer (WEET) arranges raw material procurement and production equipment debugging, then proceeds with sample production.
(C) Sample Inspection and Evaluation: After the samples are produced, the OEM manufacturer (WEET) conducts an internal inspection first and then sends the samples to the brand owner for evaluation.


III. Contract Signing and Order
Confirmation
(A) Contract Terms Negotiation: The parties negotiate the specific terms of cooperation, including product price, payment method, delivery time, quality standards, after-sales service, etc.
(B) Contract Signing: After reaching a mutual agreement, the formal OEM/ODM contract is signed.
(C) Order Issuance: Based on market demand and sales plans, the brand manufacturer issues production orders to the OEM manufacturer (WEET) .


IV. Production Preparation and Process Management
